Refund policy
Check the product, amount and phone number before payment. Once a private digital item has been delivered, the order is normally final because the item cannot be returned securely.
When to contact us
Contact support promptly for a duplicate payment, an incorrect amount, non-delivery, or a payment deducted without confirmation. Each case is checked against the payment provider and order records.
Fair resolution
If Chocolate Sales cannot supply a paid order, the team will provide an appropriate resolution. This policy does not limit rights that apply under law.
